Are you a cook book addict? Do you head for the cookery section in a book shop and spend hours leafing through the pages? Do you read cook books in bed? Is your wish list dominated by books about all things culinary. You are not alone – and as part of the International Fine Food Festival we’re launching a cookbook club so like-minded cookbook fiends can swap experiences of favourite titles, authors and recipes. Join the first cookbook club in the Middle East.
How it works: We’ve shared a list of three featured cook books before the festival to our members. We’ve also made some exclusive extracts available from these ahead of the festival so you can get a taster of the featured books we’ll be discussing. You can read and test the recipes; we’ll share our thoughts about these and other favourites at a special session at 3pm on Friday 2nd November at the International Fine Food Festival. Some of the authors of the books will also be there for an open, friendly, informal and honest exchange of views.
